What we collect

• Newsletter: your email address, via our form processor (Formspree), only after you confirm via double opt-in. Used solely to send the newsletter.
• Contact form: the email and message you submit.
• Anonymous analytics (if enabled): page views without personal identifiers.

Cookies and YouTube embeds

We set no advertising cookies. Video thumbnails load from YouTube's CDN; the embedded player only loads after you click play, at which point Google's privacy policy applies to that player (see Google's cookie policies).

Your rights (GDPR)

You may request access, correction, export or deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@chinavitals.com. Unsubscribe links appear in every newsletter.

Data retention

We keep newsletter data until you unsubscribe; contact messages until the conversation is resolved.
